Teachers spend significant time supporting students and teaching them executive function skills. In doing so, educators will often place their own needs on the back burner. This workshop will identify ways to bolster your team’s already existing skills while providing new tools to manage stress and anxiety. Participants will investigate how to find a balance between day-to-day school activities and how executive function skills such as organization, time management, self-control, self-monitoring, planning and adaptable thinking can be better implemented. Outcomes of this course include a decrease in routine overall stress and an increase in the participants’ bandwidth to help students in the long run.

Let’s work together to tailor this workshop to fit your school’s specific needs. The primary focus will be on improving communication between any groups or set of individuals that may need more support. We will lay the groundwork for cultivating positive interactions by emphasizing the connections that we share, while encouraging growth through productive, respectful conflict resolution.
